Multiple Load Expedited Ticket Process

This process was designed to improve turn-around time for our customers approved for charge accounts who will be bringing in multiple loads from the same job site in a day.  Participation in the program is optional.  During normal operations, each driver must stop and sign a ticket upon entering.  Under this process, the driver will be asked to notify the site attendant of the their intention to participate in the Multiple Load Process upon entering with their first load of the day.  On the ticket for this first load, the driver will be asked to sign the Multiple Load - Pre-Acknowledgment stating their intention to participate in this program and acknowledging responsibility for all loads accepted under the program for that day.

Throughout the course of the day, prior to their last load, the driver will be asked to pause momentarily at the ticket window, but will not be required to sign and retrieve a ticket.  Our attendant will initial and print these tickets and retain them for the driver to pick up on his last load of the day.

When the driver enters with the last load of the day, they will stop and notify the attendant.  The attendant will have the driver sign the Multiple Load - End of Day Acknowledgment printed on the last ticket, stating the number of loads brought in on that day under this program.  The driver will then be given copies of all the tickets generated that day.

Participation in the Multiple Load Expedited Ticket Process  is on a daily basis only, so each successive day that the driver is hauling from the same job site he/she will be required to follow the above procedure.  This process is only applicable for multiple loads coming from the same site on the same day.
